LaBran & Mitchell is fully licensed and insured to perform all residential and commercial HVAC work.

What is your Service Area?

Our home base is the Metro Houston area but we have a wide network and provide HVAC services throughout the state of Texas and beyond. Please reach out directly for more info.

How do you handle Emergency Repairs?

We do our best to accommodate Emergencies in a timely fashion. Our team is on call and available 24/7 - service will depend on your location. Additional Costs apply outside of normal working hours (8a - 6p).

What Brands do you work with?

LaBran & Mitchell is an authorized TRANE reseller. This is our preferred brand for all HVAC systems.

What is Your Refund Policy?

NO REFUNDS FOR COMPLETED WORK. Workmanship guaranteed for 30 days. Replacement parts carry manufacturer warranty only.All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a professional manner according to standard industry practices. Monthly refund requests for Maintenance Service packages may be canceled but refunds will not be given if services were provided in the previous 30 days. We offer an unconditional 3-day refund period on the initial purchase of any of our maintenance package subscriptions. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE AND PROVIDE REFUND FOR ANY WORK NOT STARTED.
